The Fundamental Skills Assessment or FSA is a test given to all students in grades 4 and 7 in all schools in BC. Every student in these two grades is expected to write the FSA. A lot of concern and questions exist around the FSA, and the BCCPAC has created some excellent information regarding these tests.
